Run for good

Team Wass Coaching believes that we should use the power of running for good. Rebecca has raised over £25,000 for charity over the years through her mad cap adventures, usually in fancy dress, or something incredibly silly - like running 26.2 times round her local estate during lockdown covering 62 miles over three days, with a change of fancy dress for every day.  She even dressed up as Terry Wogan to complete a fun run in lockdown on the treadmill, nearly burning the house down in the process as she forgot her chips were in the oven.

Chosen Charity

Helen and Douglas House

In 2022 Rebecca ran the Oxford Half with support from her friends for the Helen and Douglas House, a children's hospice that offer respite and end of life care to children.  She made the mistake of asking the children what they would like her to run as, and of course they said a House.

This year Rebecca will be attempting to get a World Record for the fastest House at London Marathon in aid of the hospice.  They do such amazing work and allow parents and siblings to enjoy precious time as a family.
