5k Your Way
5k Your Way is a support group with a difference.
This community-based initiative is there to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at your local 5k Your Way parkrun event on the last Saturday of every month.
Rebecca is one of the ambassadors to launch a group at Central Park, Plymouth.
This is a free event for anyone touched by cancer.
Head Coach for Raceways
Raceways and Team Wass Coaching have joined forces to help those participating in any of the Raceways events in 2023.
From ongoing support, to specific 1-1 plans or a race pack we have everything to help you get to the start line and finish strong.
Raceways is a successful community interest company. The profits from the events go into supporting the sister charity Marathon Kids UK which aims to get children moving. By taking part in these events and signing up to the coaching you will directly be helping to transform the health of the next generation through the power of sport!
