All our plans come with specific run drills for your ability, strength and conditioning sessions and recovery.   

We believe that run coaching should be available for all, so we've added an option to have a 16 week plan created for your chosen  race, we will then be on hand to offer support to follow it, this is ideal for those taking on their first race.

This is ideal if you want someone to hold you accountable, would like to get faster or go further.  We aim to get you running stronger and faster. 

Race Plan

  • Bespoke 16 week run plan for your race goals. 
  • Choose 5k, 10K,  Half Marathon or Full Marathon.
  • On hand to offer advice to follow the specific plan.

Ideal for your first race of you want to improve a PB but don't need the nudge to train.

Nutritional Support

  • Nutritional assessment of eating habits
  • Ideal eating plan and how to implement
  • Food swaps, recipe ideas, ideal foods
  • Race nutrition plan
  • Ongoing support where needed

We aim to set you up with the knowledge and ability to eat well for you, so you can spend your money on food and not us.

  • Bespoke drills
  • Bespoke S&C exercises
  • 4 week plan for technique

Ideal if you keep getting niggles, or you're finding you can't get any quicker, of getting tired.
